Cal'eee'Fornia and it's horrendous debt, poor citizens are mortgaged to the HILT.

A $38,000,000,000 deficit and with 38 million do the math i.e. $1000 per capita debt.

  Today, September 2003, here in Shady, the new sewer debt, $2,346,000 with a population of 2346, do the math i.e. $1000 per capita debt.  

 SC's the original sewer debt at still at nearly $1,000,000 and with present population = $400 per capita debt.

Add proposed water service, $14,000,000 - - = $ 5600 per capita debt.

 Of course then water usage fees of $50 to $100 per month.

Then 10 year cost of public safety @ 100 per year = $1000 per property expense,

add to these the Jackson County TAX increases, for Library, Sheriff, etc.

OH, perhaps the State income-tax sur-charge will pass, a few more hundred dollars owed there!
